Bok scrumhalf in action for Golden Lions XV

Johannesburg - Springbok scrumhalf Ross Cronje will run out for the Golden Lions XV when they travel to Kempton Park in a SuperSport Rugby Challenge match against the Valke on Saturday.

Cronje makes his way back after a rib injury kept him off the field from mid-March.

Another familiar face in the Lions’ Super Rugby squad, centre Howard Mnisi, will also get a run.

Exciting youngsters like James Venter, Jeanluc Cilliers, Vincent Tshituka, Jan-Louis la Grange and Wayne van der Bank are making their mark in the competition with some sterling performances up to now.

Robert Kruger will once again lead the side.

Kick-off is at 15:00.
