Adendorff leads Bulls in World Club 10s

Pretoria - Former Blitzbok Shaun Adendorff will lead the Blue Bulls in the upcoming World Club 10s tournament in Mauritius from June 15-17.

Jamba Ulengo, capped for the Springboks and the Blitzboks, has also been included and named vice-captain of the team, while JC Pretorius, a member of the SA Rugby Sevens Academy, will also feature.
 
The Blue Bulls are the defending champions for this world event which will feature some of the best sides in the world from the northern and southern hemisheres.
 
Hayden Groepes, the backline coach of the Bulls’ Super Rugby side, will take up the head coaching duties for the event.
 
"Congratulations on your selection and for those missing out - we value your contribution immensely and appreciate everyone's effort. I firmly believe that we have the squad to defend our title and am looking forward to showing the world just what this exciting group can do,” Groepes said via a press statement.
 
“Congratulations also to our captain, Shaun Adendorff. He’s tenacious ‘hond’ attitude on the field, and loveable nature off the field, will contribute immensely to his set of leadership skills, especially during a tournament like this."
