VIDEO: The Boks training at Pennyhill Park

Watch the Springboks' Monday training session at Pennyhill Park - England's long-time training base in Surrey.

One final indignation for England after their disastrous World Cup was seeing the Springboks take over their training venue, as the Boks prepare for their quarter-final against Wales.

The RFU has invested 2.5 million pounds to turn the Pennyhill Park hotel and grounds into a bespoke training and preparation facility, having first used it under Clive Woodward in the build-up to the 2003 Rugby World Cup.
