Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this Pool D Rugby World Cup encounter between Ireland and Italy from the Olympic Stadium in London. We'll return shortly with team news.
Robbie Henshaw will make his first appearance of the World Cup after being named at centre for today's clash.
The Connacht back has shaken off a hamstring problem and links up with Keith Earls in midfield as regular partner Jared Payne misses out through injury.
Rob Kearney is also out, with Simon Zebo earning the nod at full-back, while Tommy Bowe did enough against Romania to get a starting spot at the Olympic Stadium.
Elsewhere it's as expected with a first-choice pack that features Iain Henderson in the second row, preferred to Devin Toner. Jack McGrath returns at loosehead with Cian Healy dropping to the bench having only made his return from injury against the Oaks.
Paul O'Connell skippers the side while on the bench Sean Cronin gets the nod at hooker and Chris Henry will cover the back row.
Sergio Parisse is back to make his first appearance for Italy in the World Cup in today's crucial clash against Ireland.
The Azzurri need to win at the Olympic Stadium to keep their quarter-final hopes alive, and will be pleased to get Parisse back after he missed the first two games with a leg injury.
He replaces Samuela Vunisa at number eight, with Simone Favaro also getting the nod in the back row.
Up front Leonardo Ghiraldini is absent, so Andrea Manici comes into the starting lineup, and Matias Aguero is preferred to Michele Rizzo at loosehead.
The other change comes in the centres where Michele Campagnaro replaces Tommaso Benvenuti from the team that battled past Canada last time out.
There is also no spot for Martin Castrogiovanni in the matchday squad, with Lorenzo Cittadini starting at tighthead, and Dario Chistolini on the bench.
The teams are on the field for the anthems. Please stand!
