Cape Town - Springbok wing Bryan Habana has heaped praise on veteran Irish lock Paul O'Connell whose international career has come to an end.
A hamstring injury suffered during Ireland's 24-9 Rugby World Cup win over France last Sunday forced O’Connell out of the tournament.
The 35-year-old subsequently announced his retirement from the international game after playing 108 Tests for his country.
Habana took to Twitter on Tuesday to heap praise on the Irish skipper, writing:
A true colossal and legend of the game. Much respect @Paul_OConnell ???? pic.twitter.com/TtVkNhXi99
