Habana equals RWC record: Twitter reacts

Cape Town - Twitter was full of compliments for Bryan Habana after the Springbok wing equaled Jonah Lomu's record for the most number of Rugby World Cup tries.

Lomu, the giant New Zealand wing, scored 15 tries when he starred for the All Blacks at the 1995 and 1999 editions of rugby's showpiece event, a feat now matched by Habana after his hat-trick against the USA at Olympic Park on Wednesday.

Habana entered the 2015 Rugby World Cup with 10 tries and quickly matched Lomu at the top of the try-scoring charts after tries against Samoa, Scotland and then three tries as South Africa romped to a 64-0 win over the USA.
