Cape Town - He has made quite an impression with his analysis in the SuperSport studio since the Rugby World Cup started, and now Colin Charvis has urged South Africans to stop bashing the Springboks.
South Africa were stunned 34-32 at the hands of Japan on Saturday, and the former Wales flank took to his Twitter account to give some words of advice to Bok supporters on Sunday following what has been a national outcry.
"Let's put the knives away now. It's not about agendas and a dislike of your national coach," Charvis posted.
"Put your hearts back behind the green and gold. This competition is the pinnacle of world rugby and your team now need our support, your trust and your belief."
The Boks are next in action when they take on Samoa on Saturday at Villa Park. Kick-off is at 17:45.
