The Boks, narrow 23-19 victors over Wales at the home of English rugby on Saturday, will however fancy their chances of reaching a third World Cup final.
Leading SA bookmakers Sportingbet have installed the Richie McCaw-led All Blacks at 7-points favourites for the match.
The All Blacks are 2/7 favourites for the outright win, while Heyneke Meyer's men can be backed at 3/1.
