Veteran props re-sign with ARU

Sydney - Veteran Wallabies front rowers Stephen Moore and Ben Alexander will remain playing in Australia until 2015 after extending their contracts with the Australian Rugby Union.

The pair, who play for the Brumbies in the Super Rugby competition, announced on Thursday they have extended their current ARU deals for a further two years, taking them through until the conclusion of the next Rugby World Cup in England.

Moore, 30, is Australia's most capped hooker with 76 appearances for the Wallabies, while the 28-year-old Moore begins 2013 poised to become just the fourth Australian prop to play 50 Tests along with Al Baxter (69), Ewen McKenzie (51) and current front-row colleague Benn Robinson (56).
