Durban - Fans at the Castle Tri-Nations Test between South Africa and Australia in Durban on Saturday (kick-off 17:05) can rest assured that there will be plenty of alcoholic refreshments on offer.
The KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union responded to reports in Wednesday's The Mercury newspaper inferring that the liquor laws were not being followed or that there would be no alcohol available for the match.
"The stadium is fully compliant with all liquor laws and no hospitality providers will be selling alcohol without a valid liquor license," the union said in statement.
"We conclude with the reassurance to those fans attending the big game that it is a case of 'Business as Usual' at Kings Park on Saturday."
