Willie Britz leads Sunwolves at Ellis Park

Johannesburg - Sunwolves coach Filo Tiatia has made 12 changes to the side that played the Cheetahs at the end of May for their Super Rugby clash with the Lions at Ellis Park on Saturday.

Yasutaka Sasakura replaces Kotaro Matsushima at fullback, Derek Carpenter moves from outside to inside centre while Harumichi Tatekawa drops out of the match-day 23 to be replaced by Ryohei Yamanaka who starts at inside centre.

Teruya Goto takes the place of Shota Emi on the wing, Jumpei Ogura replaces Yu Tamura at flyhalf while Keisuke Uchida starts at scrumhalf at the expense of Fumiaki Tanaka.

There are also several changes to the forward pack, with South African Willie Britz named captain.

The only remaining player is Sam Wykes at lock in the No 4 jersey.
