Wasps money dispute could see Willie join Bulls

Cape Town - Springbok fullback Willie le Roux has been linked with a possible move to the Bulls.

Le Roux, 29, is currently contracted to English club Wasps but Netwerk24 reported on Sunday that the fullback will sit down with Wasps director of rugby Dai Young to decide his future.

The report added that there is tension between Le Roux and the club, with the Springbok having missed a large portion of the Premiership while on national duty.

Le Roux is believed to be unhappy because Wasps detract a portion of his salary every time he plays a Test for the Boks.

The Bulls are believed to be interested in luring Le Roux to Loftus Versfeld, with his contract at Wasps to expire at the end of the current European season.

Le Roux has played 53 Tests for the Boks between 2013 and 2018. However, he did not feature for South Africa in 2017 and was out of the Bok picture when he signed with Wasps.
