Two injured Kings heading back home

Cape Town - Two Kings players sustained injuries during their Super Rugby match against the Crusaders on Saturday that has prompted their return back to Nelson Mandela Bay for further medical attention and rehabilitation.

Schalk Ferreira suffered a concussion while Thembelani Bholi suffered a grade 1 & 2 hamstring tear in their 57-24 defeat in Christchurch.

Both players boarded a flight back to Nelson Mandela Bay on Monday morning from Wellington.

Their replacements - Liam Hendricks and Aidon Davis - are winging their way to New Zealand in preparation for the side's final tour match against the Hurricanes on Friday, March 25 (08:35 SA time).
