Stormers pay tribute to departing Carr

    Cape Town - The Stormers on Monday paid tribute to loose forward Nizaam Carr, who has left to join English side Wasps.

    It was announced in June that Carr would join the English Premiership side.

    The Stormers allowed Carr to seal permanent move to Wasps after a successful loan-spell there in the South African off-season.

    The 27-year-old - capped five times for South Africa - scored four tries in 11 appearances for Wasps.

    He returned to the Stormers for this year's Super Rugby season.

    Carr, who came through the age-group ranks and finished his time at Newlands with just short of 100 Stormers caps, left for England on Monday and the Stormers took to social media to wish the player well for the future:
