Cape Town - Three of the Hurricanes’ star All Blacks will miss the clash against the Stormers in Wellington on Saturday due to New Zealand Rugby’s resting policy.
Kick-off is at 08:35 SA time.
Jordie Barrett, who is usually to be found at fullback or on the wing, will start at inside centre, while Ngani Laumape, who has been one of the Hurricanes’ key players in the early rounds, has been left out of the match-day 23-man squad.
In addition, All Blacks stars Dane Coles (hooker) and TJ Perenara (scrumhalf) will also be rested. Ricky Riccitelli and little-known Richard Judd will fill their boots, respectively.
Other changes see Ben Lam starting on the left wing, Ardie Savea shifting from No 8 to openside flank and Vaea Fifita moving from lock to blindside flank.
Flyhalf Beauden Barrett will lead the side.
