Bosch missed the 38-22 loss to the Hurricanes due to a family bereavement, but coach Shaun Everitt revealed that the Springbok will be back on duty this weekend.
Chamberlain stood in for Bosch last weekend but left the field early due to concussion, as did Springbok wing Mapimpi.
"Unfortunately both Boeta and Makazole are struggling with concussion and we'll have to check their concussion protocols to see where they stand. Curwin Bosch will also be back with the team and that’s a boost for the team," Everitt told the Sharks' official website.
Before the Hurricanes match, the Sharks were also disrupted by the late withdrawal of tighthead prop Thomas du Toit due to illness, while the diminutive Sanele Nohamba - normally a scrumhalf - had to fill in at flyhalf.
"We're not looking for excuses, obviously there were interruptions with regards to injury," Everitt added.
"Thomas du Toit pulled out before the game and then Boeta Chamberlain and Makazole Mapimpi both going down early as well. I think the guys did well to stay in the fight. Sanele Nohamba playing at flyhalf for the first time at Super Rugby level did a magnificent job. A few individual errors cost us four tries, but these are youngsters and they'll learn that mistakes like these at Super Rugby level will be punished."
The coach concluded: "We're looking forward to bouncing back against the Rebels."
Saturday’s clash is scheduled for 05:45 (SA time).
