Sharks in isolation | Centre Ward shares home workout

With Super Rugby in lock-down due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sharks centre Jeremy Ward has kept himself fit while staying indoors.

Ward took to Twitter this week to share his home workout, a clear indication that the midfielder is not resting on his laurels in case there is a resumption in the tournament.

Ward's home workout is as follows:

1.5km treadmill run
50 burpees
1.2km treadmill run
50 sit ups
1km treadmill run
25 burpees
1.2km treadmill run
50 sit ups
