After a strong Reds start, the Bulls have come back to dominate proceedings and are full value for their lead.

Advantage is being played for the Bulls as they look to go over in the last move of the game. The penalty is overturned and Gill sends the ball into touch. That will be the game. The Reds had their moments but ultimately the Bulls managed to keep their proud fifteen year unbeaten run against the Reds at Loftus intact.

The Reds are having to defend in numbers in order to stop the Bulls adding more tries on the board as the hosts keep on coming.
The Reds still looking to end off on a positive note in this game as they spread the ball on the attack but play is brought to an end as Fainga'a knocks the ball forward and the Bulls have a scrum advantage.

Hunt looks to step inside his man but Nyakane will have none of that as he stops the Reds playmaker in his tracks.
Ismaiel breaks the line and sets the Bulls up for a good try scoring opportunity but the Bulls are penalised for not releasing the ball and McIntyre sets the attacking lineout for the Reds inside the Bulls half.
The second half is underway as Brummer Kicks deep into Reds territory before Kerevi takes the ball up and looks to set the Reds up for the exit kick.
McIntyre comes up with the exit kick and the Bulls have the attacking lineout.
DROP GOAL, REDS, GILL! 17-8: Gill decides to try his luck with the drop kick after the Reds are unable to break through the Bulls defence, he strikes it and it looks good! The flags are raised and the forward gives the Reds three points before the break. Final move of the half and the Bulls go into the break leading 17-8.

TRY, BULLS, STRAUSS! 15-5: Snyman makes some ground stretches and almost gets the try before Strauss dots down for the Bulls second try of the game. Bulls lead 15-5 now.
The Bulls with all the momentum now as they charge straight back into Reds territory. The Bulls testing the Reds defence here. Important that the Reds are able to deal with this onslaught and not concede a second try in the matter of minutes.
CONVERSION, BULLS, BRUMMER! 10-5: Brummer converts the conversion from right underneath the uprights and the Bulls lead 10-5 now.
TRY, BULLS, VAN DER MERWE! 8-5: The Reds are unable to stop the Bulls momentum after Kriel breaks the line. Paige feeds his forwards from the ruck and Van Der Merwe uses all his physicality as he puts his head down and charges at the line. The big prop dots it down and the Bulls take the lead.

The Reds are penalised for obstructing the lineout and the Bulls have an opportunity in a good kicking position Brummer lines one up at the uprights from just about halfway.
Incredible piece of play from the Bulls almost sees Brummer go through for a certain try after Nyakane sells the dummy and some neat footwork and passing from the backline releases him clear but Brummer drops the vital pass from Paige and the Reds come away with the defensive scrum.
The Bulls looking to work the Reds on the blindside as Paige finds some space but the Reds defence is equal to the task as they close down the space.
Frisby with an aimless box kick as the ball goes straight into the arms of Basson and the Bulls look to counter here.
The Bulls look to be rushing the game as they try speed the game up inside the Reds half but McIntyre comes up with some good defensive work as he rushes in and makes the intercept. McIntyre gets wrapped up, Reds still with possession inside their own half.
Paige feeds the scrum and the Bulls manage to hold their own here but the Reds come up with a turnover in the ruck and manage to clear their lines.
The TMO is being asked try or no try as the Bulls try to pick and go but the TMO rules that the ball was held up and the Bulls will have the five metre scrum. Good attacking opportunity for the hosts here.

Hello and welcome to our live commentary of this Super Rugby round eight matchup between the three time former Super Rugby champions the Bulls and the 2011 Super Rugby champions the Reds from Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria.
Bulls coach Nollis Marais has made three changes to his backline. Bjorn Basson replaces Jamba Ulengo on the wing, Francois Brummer trades jerseys with Tian Schoeman at fly-half, with the latter moving to the bench and Rudy Paige returns from injury. Paige replaces Piet van Zyl, who moves to the bench.
The Reds have made one change to their starting line-up that recorded their first win last week. Second-rower Ben Matwijow gets his first start of the season as he replaces Rob Simmons with the latter missing out on selection due to injury.
Since their Round One loss to the Stormers it's been a five-game unbeaten streak for the Bulls, drawing with the Sharks and registering wins over the Rebels, Sunwolves, Cheetahs and Kings.
Prior to last week's win the Reds had lost four and drawn one of their opening five matches.
The Reds have won three of their last five matches against the Bulls, though the South African side earned victory with a 43-22 win when they last met in Round 9, 2015.
