Lions centre loaned to Kings

Cape Town - Midfielder Stokkies Hanekom will join the Southern Kings on loan from the Lions for the duration of this year’s Super Rugby competition.

This was confirmed by the Johannesburg-based franchise on Thursday.

The 27-year-old, who played his junior rugby at Western Province, has been on the Lions’ books since 2013.

Meanwhile, the Lions also announced that centre/wing Koch Marx will join Griquas, also on a loan spell.
