Cape Town - Centre Burger Odendaal has been withdrawn from Saturday's Super Rugby clash against the Waratahs with an eye injury.
The 26-year-old picked up the injury in last weekend's loss to the Stormers at Newlands but was still named in the side for the Waratahs clash.
He has now been removed entirely from the match-day 23 and will be replaced in the starting line-up by Dylan Sage.
Divan Rossouw, meanwhile, comes in on the bench.
Kick-off is at 15:05.
