Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, the happy couple weren't able to have their "big white wedding" as planned, but that's still on the cards for 2021.

Coetzee, 30, has been a stalwart in the last line of defence for the Lions since 2012, having played 98 Super Rugby matches for the union as well as 13 Tests for the Springboks.

Congratulations to the couple from the Sport24 team!

Mart took to her Instagram page to post the following message:

The ONLY accessory a woman needs to have ...is her HUSBAND- legally and FOREVER.
And i'm wearing mine with so much pride ( i know my face says it all)

Even though it wasn't the big white wedding as planned (... yet, and believe me that day WILL come somewhere in 2021) the feeling of being married to my best friend and the love of my life exceeds all my expectations.

This Corona virus came upon us like a thief in the night. Took away which was supposed to be the most beautiful and special and memorable day of our lives. Our wedding day! Similar to waking up and to find your house empty and you had absolutely NO idea it was coming, what just happened or what to do , we were robbed from our fairytale day. NO idea it would've been so extreme and that there's absolutely nothing you can do.

BUT with that said , SO much was also given to us in this time. The opportunity to start our lives together, say our i do's, make our vows to each other, and the most important part , being able to do this before two witnesses and our AMAZING God. (Plus i got to wear my @badgleymischkabride
wedding shoes ???? BONUS)
Sometimes life happens- and everything doesn't go as planned or according to our plans- but with this beautiful human and husband next to me- life can bring whatever it wants.
We're ready.

Me and you, just us two.
Forever &
Always

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
