According to the Stuff website, the few remaining tickets for the match against the Lions at the 19 600 capacity AMI Stadium should be sold before kick-off at 09:35 SA time, a Crusaders spokesperson said.
Even the weather is set to play its part.
Forecasts are for dry conditions, a temperature of about 7 degrees Celsius and a southerly wind of 7km/h.
The Crusaders, the defending champions, are looking for an unprecedented ninth Super Rugby title, while the Lions, beaten finalists the last two seasons, are still hunting their maiden title.
