Emery summoned to hearing for Le Roux tackle

Cape Town - Jason Emery of the Highlanders will appear at a SANZAAR Judicial Hearing after being red carded for alleged foul play during the Super Rugby match against the Sharks at the weekend.

Emery is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (e) Dangerous Tackling when he tackled the Willie le Roux  in the air during the match between the Highlanders and Sharks at Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin on Friday 22 April, 2016. 

The Judicial Committee for the Hearing will be Jannie Lubbe SC (Chairman), De Wet Barry and John Langford which will be held by video conference on Monday 25 April at 09h00 (SA time).
