Cheetahs opt for continuity against Sharks

Cape Town - The Cheetahs have made one change to their side for this Saturday's Super Rugby clash against the Sharks in Durban.

The change sees scrumhalves Shaun Venter and Tian Meyer switching places, with Venter taking up his place in the starting line-up this weekend while Meyer drops to the bench.

There is also a change to the bench, with Charles Marais replacing Luan de Bruin.

The Cheetahs defeated the Western Force 30-29 in last weekend's action.

If they beat the Sharks, they can severely damage the play-off aspirations of Gary Gold's men.

The last time the sides met in Durban was on the opening weekend of Super Rugby 2015, when the Cheetahs won 35-29.
