Bulls have sights set on Lood

Cape Town - The Bulls are reportedly eager to acquire the services of Springbok and Cheetahs lock Lood de Jager.

The Bulls recently lost stalwarts Victor Matfield, Pierre Spies and Flip van der Merwe, and with Bok props Marcel van der Merwe and Werner Kruger heading off to Europe soon, they are looking to add experience to their forward stocks.

“There will be several acquisitions,” a trusted source told Rapport. “We are aggressively looking for players who will make an impact in the pack.”

Apart from bulking up their second row, the Bulls are also looking at signing more props and loose forwards.
