Cape Town - Bulls centre Dries Swanepoel is reportedly set to join Irish club Munster on a short-term deal.
Several media reports are indicating that Swanepoel is in high demand at Munster to provide cover for the injured Jaco Taute and Chris Farrell.
According to the Irish Independent, the 25-year-old could join up with the PRO14 side during their two-game trip to South Africa after this weekend's Champions Cup quarter-final against Toulon.
Swanepoel made his Super Rugby debut for the Bulls in 2016, but hasn't been able to nail down a regular spot in the Pretoria franchise’s midfield.
He was also not included in Bulls coach John Mitchell's Super Rugby squad for the 2018 season.
According to the Irish Examiner, Munster however remained tight-lipped on Tuesday night over reports that Swanepoel could join them.
Munster are coached by former Springbok assistant coach Johann van Graan.
