Three Springboks - lock Juandre Kruger, flank Marco van Staden and fullback Warrick Gelant - have all returned to training.

Team doctor Herman Rossouw said Kruger has recovered from concussion and returned to training on Monday.

Van Staden has also recovered fully from the concussion he suffered in the pre-season Super Hero Sunday clash and has returned to full training.

Gelant picked up a knee injury against the Stormers a few weeks ago, but has recovered to rejoin training, with a call on his availability to be made later in the week.

The only casualty from the 13-0 loss to the Stormers a few weeks ago is hooker Johan Grobbelaar, who underwent surgery in Cape Town on Monday. He is expect to be out for at least six to eight weeks.

Elsewhere, prop Simphiwe Matanzima is making good progress with his AC joint injury, but is still sidelined for two to three weeks.

Hooker Louis van der Westhuizen aggravated an ankle injury and is expected to be sidelined for two more weeks, while loose forward Tim Agaba is fit again for selection.

Saturday's clash at Loftus Versfeld is scheduled for 17:15.
