2012-02-29 13:00

Old news...why do you chaps think I changed my avatar to a PINK flat iron this morning?

      Jason - 2012-02-29 13:07

Because you were feeling extra girly???

      Saffa - 2012-02-29 13:09

Indeed Jason.....The pink flat iron represents all that is good about Meisie, in the way that a rabid Bengal Tiger represents all that is good about players like Juan Smith, Schalk etc.

      Jason - 2012-02-29 13:17

@BlueRaven...................erm thats not out of the facts file! Thats copied and pasted from the article above. We are Stormer supporters and not that easily fooled. lol

      Romano - 2012-02-29 13:26

blueraven, he may have scored the most tries but it only amounts to one try every 4 matches. that is Great! cant get over the fact that this guy got springbok caps! Frans Steyn next inside centre for the Boks. with Elton on his inside.

      Jason - 2012-02-29 14:10

BlueRaven......what about Jacque Fouries 35 tries in Super Rugby.....................dont you count that

      Jason - 2012-02-29 14:14

Sorry my bad its 37 Super Rugby tries!

      S - 2012-02-29 14:21

@JasonEye - We all know the Bulls supporters have selective memories. We also know what the origin of the word "Bulls#!t" is.

      Romano - 2012-02-29 15:01

Blueraven i know you cant remember this long back. Habana started his rugby as centre at the lions and scored 48 tries in 90 matches. that is 1 try every 2 matches. Jaques Fourie scored 37 tries in 98 matches that is one try every 2.6 matches. i never said frans is going to play super rugby. i said boks and Elton wil play flyhalve.

      Romano - 2012-02-29 15:18

When i said " that is great" it was sarcastic!

      Romano - 2012-03-01 08:46

Sorry it was only 31 tries but that is still one try every 3 matches still better.

  • Romano - 2012-02-29 13:23

Bet he is still injured but can't wait to get into a pink jersey. ha ha prince charming!

      hvanderlinde - 2012-02-29 13:51

Call it what you like Raven, the guy must be extatic

      Romano - 2012-02-29 15:04

That picture above of mesie must have been taken when they told him he's gonna play in the blue jersey!

  • marcus.daily3 - 2012-02-29 13:24

Until Johan Goosen can almost single handily win the Currie Cup for his franchise like how Bambie and Perm hair Jantjies did for the Sharks and Lions respectively, he remains overrated.

      Stormkaap - 2012-02-29 14:25

I see people giving you the thumbs down. And your right, he played some ok Currie cup games and he has to show he can do his thing at S15 level. When Ebersohn came onto the scene he was the next best thing to sliced bread and frankly hasnt shown anything to vindicate that early promise yet.

      marcus.daily3 - 2012-02-29 14:31

Stormkaap, I owe you a six pack of Valpre Water! Spot on sir!!

  • Bootman - 2012-02-29 13:57

The Bulls better make sure they've got that "Body-on Tap" washbasin next to the field or Meisie will have a fit.

  • Lionel - 2012-02-29 14:05

Only highlights Meisiekind has ever has is the ones in his hair:):) He is probably the 5th or 6th centre in line to play for the Boks

  • S - 2012-02-29 14:14

Did the hand operation fix his limp wrist?

  • Stormkaap - 2012-02-29 14:26

Actually it will be interesting to see how he runs @ 13.. Hasnt done that for a while for the Bulls

      Lionel - 2012-02-29 14:32

Ball still won't go past him!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Saffa - 2012-02-29 15:52

I actually rate WO. Twice as fast as JdV and Habana, triple the hand skills and four times better defence.

      Terence.Craig.Berry - 2012-03-01 18:00

Saffa, I nearly fell off my chair when I saw this comment!!!

  • henco.swart - 2012-02-29 16:55

Still it baffles the mind of Stormers-fans... They may have the best players, the best fans, the best stadion, the best caoch, the best CC record, the best this, the best that... and the other thing, but why, oh why, do they not have any silverware, then? So, Olivier is about the 5th or 6th best centre in SA... but he has something that none of the 5 players better than himself has got... 3x S14 winners medals. What's that joke about WP being like Wonderbra... yes, you know it... all the support, but no cups.
