Ndungane brothers' father dies

Cape Town - The father of Springbok wingers, Odwa and Akona Ndungane, passed away suddenly earlier this week.

The Sharks have granted Odwa compassionate leave and he will not be available for their Super Rugby clash against the Reds in Durban on Saturday.

Akona played his 100th Super Rugby game for the Bulls when they beat the Blues 38-22 in Pretoria last Saturday.

Between them, the 33-year-old twins boast 20 Test caps, Akona with 11 and Odwa with nine.
