Joubert to ref Loftus derby

    Cape Town - Craig Joubert will be the referee in this weekend's South African Super Rugby derby between the Bulls and Stormers at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria (kick-off 19:10).

    It will be the third week in a row that Joubert gets to referee a Stormers match - he was also on duty in their games against the Cheetahs and Highlanders.

    Joubert's assistants will be Lourens van der Merwe and Jaco van Heerden, while Johan Greeff will be on television match official (TMO) duty.

    The only other South African referee in action in Round 13 is Jaco Peyper, who will take charge of the Reds v Crusaders game in Brisbane on Sunday (kick-off 08:05 SA time).

    Friday's matches will be handled by Mike Fraser (Chiefs v Blues, 09:35) and Matt O'Brien (Rebels v Hurricanes, 11:40).

    The other matches to be played on Saturday will he officiated by Angus Gardner (Highlanders v Lions, 09:35), Glen Jackson (Brumbies v Sharks, 11:40) and Chris Pollock (Cheetahs v Force, 17:05.
