Cape Town - Flyhalf Peter Grant is doubtful for the Stormers' Super Rugby clash with log-leaders, the Brumbies, at Newlands on Saturday.
"Peter Grant went over his ankle a bit last week and he's just staying off his ankle at the moment,” coach Allister Coetzee said on the Stormers’ Facebook page.
“We'll put him through a few tests tomorrow and will see then if he's fit or not."
Should Grant be unable to play, Elton Jantjies will remain as the starting flyhalf.
Meanwhile, forward Michael Rhodes, centre Juan de Jongh (both hamstring injuries) and fullback Jaco Taute (groin) are fit again and up for selection.
"They're all training well, Mike Rhodes, Juan de Jongh and Jaco Taute - that's a good thing for us," said Coetzee.
Their clash against Jake White's side kicks off at 19:10 on Saturday night.
