Cape Town - Crusaders flank Jordan Taufua says he has forgiven his Sharks counterpart Jean Deysel for stamping on his face during their Vodacom Super Rugby clash in Christchurch at the weekend.

Deysel was sent off in the 16th minute of the game, which the Sharks remarkably still managed to win 30-25.
Taufua, who was lying on the ground, had held Deysel back before the latter retaliated in frustration.
Taufua, in an interview with the Stuff.co.nz website, said he had forgiven Deysel after the Sharks flank had come up to him and apologised at the end of the game.
"I just told him ‘no hard feelings mate, it's a contact sport'," said Taufua.
"I think it was just a heat of the moment thing you know? I think he was trying to get back on his D-line (defensive line) and just reacted. I'm not angry at him or anything. I have got no grudge."
Taufua, who needed medical attention, suffered a cut and spent several minutes on the ground before playing on.
Deysel was subsequently cited afterwards and could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
