      Lionel - 2012-05-04 14:10

No Saffa, unfortunately I had to work, will watch the highlights!!!!!!!!!!!Was he yellow carded again????

      Saffa - 2012-05-04 14:13

He was indeed........1st game back from his injury. And NO @Raven and co, I am not suurgat - as I know full well that your current position is only temporary. Anyhooowwwwwwwwww - sersiously Bulls fans, congrats on thrashing the Rebels, they are the benchmark. Your next 3 games will be simple. Have a great weekend all - including Raven, Blouvitamin, Masjien, Doc Paul and co - who by now have all changed their undies after those last 10 minutes of that game........hence them all arriving now.

      Lionel - 2012-05-04 14:17

      lol@Saffa,enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WernerZA - 2012-05-04 13:33

    5 points. Period!

      Blouvitrioel - 2012-05-04 13:42

5 Punte. End of story. Bul groete.

      Sean - 2012-05-04 13:44

Yip , they worked for it , unlike some other team that gets handed 3 wins by the ref !! That is a fact !!

      Saffa - 2012-05-04 13:45

Hehehehehehehehehehehehe - getting defensive about your lack of defence chaps?

      René - 2012-05-04 13:47

@Werner, @Blou - the Bulls went in with an attacking mentality and backed themselves, knowing 5 points are guaranteed! What I don't understand is all the 'wooo-haaa' about some of the Stormer supporters, could they bag 5 points against the lowest ranked Force or another low ranked Reds??? Tsk tsk tsk - very selective memories

      Stormkaap - 2012-05-04 13:52

@Saffa Top of the log, thank you. Gaan speel met jou maatjies nou

      Shaun - 2012-05-04 13:59

Yes Rene, but we never gave them 2 bonus points either

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 14:05

@Shaun, giving the Rebels 2 points will never affect the outcome of the competition, why must the Bulls go into a total defensive mode, preventing 2 points instead of focussing on getting 5 for themselves. We are talking about the Rebels, Force, Reds who are at the bottom of the log.... PS: The AUS commentators also stated that the Rebels had their best game 'everrrr' and I agree!

      Stormkaap - 2012-05-04 14:07

@Shaun S@ck on it my boy, BULLS= TOP OF THE CONFERENCE, 4TH CUP COMING UP What about the Stormers, how many cups?

      Lionel - 2012-05-04 14:13

      @Nick,spot on!!!!!!!!!

      Saffa - 2012-05-04 14:18

Alllllrighty thennnnnnnnnnnnn - it was the Bulls gameplan to leak tries....in the same way it was the Bulls gameplan to leak tries against the Brumbies......ok cool, I get it. I wonder if the Chiefs (who are also very good defensively) will find this gameplan of the Bulls much of a challenge?

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 14:23

@Nick ek is bly jy vind dit lagwekkend!

      Nick - 2012-05-04 14:34

whahahaa jy is seriously stupid jy weet minder as wat ek gedink het shame toemaar jy moet ook jou plekkie in son kry my comment is feite waar is joune koekie dis reg jy het niks stormers laaste game is rebels jy kan nou maar jou pep panty gaan change na daai patetiese vertoning en gaan slapies

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 14:39

@Raven, they cannot even score BP or tries when they play against 14 men on the field (if memory serves it could've been the Force), and they say WE must be worried.... Pathetic really

      Andrew - 2012-05-04 14:46

Yes, René, and the Bulls almost lost to the Brumbies who creamed the Rebels 37 - 6 and yet lost to the Reds who got smashed by the Bulls. The Bulls also gave the Blues their only win and they are at pretty much opposite ends of the table. Weird how if you look at the results alone they make little sense? Last year, with the older and more experienced squad, the Bulls won ONE game in Australasia, so anyone with some brains would call this result pretty worrying for the Bulls. It's like comparing apples and oranges if you just go straight result vs result and leave out all context though. Not to bash you or the Bulls or anything, just responding to your post. I'm glad they got the 5 and hope they win the rest of their games, but if they defend like they did in the last two games they will have some problems (and if some people can't accept that then they are just idiots).

      Shaun - 2012-05-04 14:52

@Rene The bulls are looking good on attack and its great to watch and great for SA rugby, but the Bulls will have to improve the defence especially for the game against the Chiefs. Yes Stormkaap no cups yet but we working on it. We got great youngsters and the stormers look much more consistent and at least were improving. Whats more important, a super 15 trophy or the world cup? When it really matters we are all on the same side.

      JouMa - 2012-05-04 14:53

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 14:56

@Nick, and you are living proof that a person can live without a brain. Now shoo!

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 15:00

@Andrew, I hear what you say, but I never work or do those kind of comparisons! I respect ALL teams in the competition and any team can beat anyone and any given day. Remember the Cheetahs a season or so back, beating the top of log Crusaders, and then I think last year, Crusaders got 0/0 against Force. The Bulls beat Crusaders, but Stormers lost against Crusaders, but Stormers beat the Bulls.... Naaah, doesn't work for me. Every game on its own.

      Andrew - 2012-05-04 15:15

@René, agreed 100%. It's a funny old game this rugby haha

      Ren%c3%a9 - 2012-05-04 15:21

@jou ma, enige een wat my ken sal vir jou se dat ek gewoonlik nie op comments soos joune reageer nie, maar aangesien jy graag 'n mede Bull ondersteunder wil beledig, die volgende: Eerstens, wat jy van my dink traak my geensins nie, move aan, moenie dit lees as jy nie van my opinie hou nie! Terug na Rugby, die Bulle is nou al vir die laaste 3 weke sonder hulle defensive coach en conditioning coach aangesien hulle by die 'Bok kamp' betrokke was. It goes without saying, dat daar 'n blip in die verdediging sal kom, maar die ouens is oppad Australia toe en ek glo dat die verdediging beter sal word.

      JouMa - 2012-05-04 15:39

      Blouvitrioel - 2012-05-04 13:42

5 Punte. End of story. Bul groete.

      Stirrer - 2012-05-04 14:02

5 drieë teen die Bulls. End of story. Stormers groete.

      BlouMasjien - 2012-05-04 14:07

TOP OF THE SA CONFERENCE

      BlouMasjien - 2012-05-04 14:32

@JacoVintage , check the scoreboard ! Use it don't use it

      bill.vanzyl - 2012-05-04 14:43

      frans.visserdsb - 2012-05-04 14:56

      Blouvitrioel - 2012-05-04 15:18

11 Jaar geen cups. Bul groete.

  • frans.visserdsb - 2012-05-04 13:38

eish... defence? what defence? to basically win with 2 penalties against the lowest ranked side in the weakest conference, having conceded 5 tries, does not bode well or the rest of the tour. congrats, bulls - conference leaders...and good luck for the rest of the tour... i think you're going to need it...

      Eben - 2012-05-04 13:55

  • Saffa - 2012-05-04 13:38

Congrats Bulls. I had you chaps by plenty on Bru - eish. Morne Steyn take a bow - one of the finest games I have seen you play - ever. The full bag of tricks old chap - very cool to see, and Hougie man oh man - he is getting better all the time - no need for du Preez!!! Compliments out of the way now - sheeeeeeeeeeeeez, is this defensive coach the Boks new guy? That scares the living bejongo out of me. Enjoy the top of the log while it lasts Bullies......you beat the Rebels......and as your fans have stated, the Landers, Chiefs and Tahs will be a walk in the park..........hehehehehehehehehehhe.

      Saffa - 2012-05-04 14:01

Bulls have conceded LESS tries than the Stormers? Oh dear...........oh dear...............oh dear.

      Stormkaap - 2012-05-04 14:17

      @Saffa And your answer? Silence............

      Stirrer - 2012-05-04 14:27

@StormdronkAap - Bulls have conceded 21 tries, Stormers 9. Where on earth do you get your stats from? Same place where you got your matric certificate?

      Saffa - 2012-05-04 14:32

Sorry Paul, trying to log off and hit the beach. The Bulls have conceded FAR more tries than the Stormers thus far.....I am not 100% sure of the actual numbers - but you can check. I think we have conceded 18 tries in all our games thus far. You chaps gifted 10 tries to the opposition in 2 games......so I reckon we beat you lot in that respect....so check the numbers. Have a good weekend.

      frans.visserdsb - 2012-05-04 15:07

check the stats on http://www.pickandgo.info/ stormers tries conceded = 9 bulls tries conceded = 21...

      Blouvitrioel - 2012-05-04 15:21

check the stats on http://www.pickandgo.info/ stormers cups = 0 bulls cups = 3... Bul groete

  • hannes.handogg - 2012-05-04 13:40

  • David - 2012-05-04 13:57

For watchman, there was quite alot of positive play and a win is a win through negative or positive play, and the pienk masjien is conference leaders above the team you support so before insulting my team, find out whats wrong with your team, maybe its fixable.

  • Mhluleli - 2012-05-04 14:04

who is the boss? Who is the boss? Welldone to my boyz BLUE BULLS keep flying that South African flag high.....played balanced game both wings scored tries including the centre and the fly half score try and convert all the points, BULLS will keep on horning them.

  • Melt - 2012-05-04 14:24

      Stormkaap - 2012-05-04 14:40

@Stirrer Top of the Conference, 3 time Champions Stormers?

      Stirrer - 2012-05-04 15:33

@StormDronkAap: Stormers - Super 15 trophies - zero Bulls - Super 15 trophies - zero Stormers - top of the conference for 10 weeks Bulls - top of the conference for 2 hours and StormdronkAap wets his pants Stop living in the past you frikkin retard, no wonder you want Matfield back.

      Melt - 2012-05-04 16:16

Gte

    The Rebels have been "pinked"!

  • Stephen - 2012-05-04 15:05

We often hear, and rightfully so not to stereotype people, but jeepers these Bulls supporters on here are making it very difficult not to.

and 2 of them bite in no time at all......

      Stephen - 2012-05-04 17:16

Surely the Bulls supporters must be the English of Superrugby. The English are famous for keeping on looking in the past like the 1966 World Cup. The Bulls supporters are following the same trend

      marko.miladinovic.52 - 2012-05-05 07:49

Steven you must be new to this blog, for a few months now we Bulls supporters have been on the receiving en of the Stormers supporters. Don't make bold statements about the Bulls supporters and not the even more arrogant Stormers. Talk about steriotype, take a look in your closest mirror big boy!

  • mihawkins1 - 2012-05-04 16:09

Fact of the matter is, Bulls gives away lot of tries at the moment but they still keeps on winning. can you imagine what will happen if they get their defence sorted out? They outplayed the Stormers at Newlands and lost, we keep on winning we get home semi, home final, cup in pretoria again! suck on that

  • zmiggels - 2012-05-04 17:41

@ watchmen. Unless you can factually state on what grounds you call them "Negative play Pink Poefters", then you deserve to be called something unsavory that I will refrain from publicly using

      marko.miladinovic.52 - 2012-05-05 07:40

Willie this Watchman chap is a bitter 64 year old boy who is a great scrum boffin. You see he has never even had his head in a scrum but knows everything about tecniqe. The only place he's actually ever has had his head in is ass. When he one day pulls it out hell smell all the crap he talks. You can call him anything you want because he is a real chop. I have been bussy wiyh that idiot for a few week on Sports 24 now.

  • Ockie - 2012-05-05 07:01

Well done Bulls, 5 points in the bag, but do not get carried away, the defence was awful and you let them score soft tries. You were always in control but let themback with the defence. I do hope that the defence coach, that was recently signed for the boks, did not make this trip. Now for the rest of our SA teams ... make it 4 out of 4!

  • Darrell - 2012-05-05 07:06

At the beginning of the competition I felt that the bulls had strong defense structures in place. The problems started creeping in when our coaches were called up by SARU. I think it has caused more of a disruption that what the management had previously thought. Well done to the Bulls but as a Bulls supporter I am getting worried about the defense. I think that they should stop trying to always hold the ball up and start taking them to ground as holding the ball up just gives the opposition a chance to can numbers to the breakdown.

      Raymond - 2012-05-06 12:17

Here we go. The spin doctor at work pre-empting the reasons for the the next three losses on tour.
