Bulls dismiss 'final' talks
Cape Town - Bulls coach Frans Ludeke is not paying much attention to talks that their Super Rugby clash against the Stormers could be a 'final' to determine the South African Conference winner.
The Bulls currently top the standings in the SA Conference with 28 points, with the Stormers narrowly behind on 26 points.
But the Bulls still have to tour Australasia and only two of their final seven encounters are at home. The Stormers, on the other hand, play five of their remaining seven matches at home.
Saturday's clash at Newlands could therefore go a long way in determining a winner in the SA Conference.
Ludeke admitted that the match would be important, but said a lot could still happen in the remainder of the competition.
"There are seven league matches remaining. It's an important match and winning games away from home in this competition is vital," Ludeke told Netwerk24.
"(But) there's a lot that could still happen and what is of importance is how you approach the game. How will you handle the big pressure moments?
"It will be a big test for us. We'll have to be accurate in what we can control. Both teams are playing well and in a game like this, you have to try and enforce your strong points on the opposition."
