Cape Town - A SANZAR judicial hearing has found Bulls hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle not guilty after he was cited for foul play during a Super Rugby match over the weekend.
The citing followed an alleged incident in the 11th minute of the match between the Bulls and Force played at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday. The Bulls won 36-26.
The citing officer deemed the incident, which was not picked up by the match officials, as meeting the red card threshold for foul play.
However, judicial officer Jannie Lubbe found Ralepelle not guilty after consulting with ex-professional player Shaun Payne, who acts in an advisory role in terms of SANZAR rules.
Ralepelle is therefore free to play in the remainder of the competition.
He was represented by legal representative Gerrie Swart at the hearing which took place at Montecasino, Fourways.
The Bulls take on the Blues in Auckland on Sunday in the first of their four-game Australasian tour.
