Bookies give Sharks no chance

Cape Town - The Sharks' run in this year's Vodacom Super Rugby competition will end in the semi-finals, if bookmakers are to be believed...

The Sharks travel to Christchurch to take on the seven-time champion Crusaders in Saturday's first semi-final (kick-off 09:35 SA time) and leading SA bookies, BetFlash, have given Jake White's men little chance of progressing to the final.

The Crusaders have been installed as 1/3 favourites, with the Sharks on offer at 5/2. The draw after 80 minutes can be backed at 23/1.

The winner of the match in Christchurch will face the victor of the second semi-final between the Waratahs and Brumbies in Sydney (11:40 SA time) on Saturday.
