Cape Town - Stuart Berry will be back in the hot seat this weekend when he referees the South African Conference Vodacom Super Rugby derby between the Stormers and Cheetahs at Newlands on Saturday, May 24 (17:05 kick-off).
Berry has come under fire for his performances this season, most notably in the Lions' home victories over the Reds and Blues when the visitors felt aggrieved by some of the decisions he made.
On Saturday, Berry will be assisted by Marius van der Westhuizen and Quinton Immelman, while Deon van Blommenstein will be the television match official (TMO).
The only other South African referee in charge of a game in Round 15 is Craig Joubert, who will referee the Bulls' clash against the Brumbies in Pretoria on Friday night (19:10). Joubert will be assisted by Jaco Peyper and Cobus Wessels, with Johan Greeff on TMO duty.
Friday's other matches will be refereed by Nick Briant (Blues v Sharks, 09:35 SA time) and Rohan Hoffmann (Rebels v Waratahs, 11:40).
The other games on Saturday will be handled by Glen Jackson (Highlanders v Crusaders, 07:35), Angus Gardner (Hurricanes v Chiefs, 09:35) and Steve Walsh (Force v Lions, 11:40).
