Michael Rhodes is also a huge addition and he might push the starting locks quite a bit. Imagine the bench with 16. Deon Fourie 17. Frans Malherbe 18. Michael Rhodes / Steenkamp / Ruan Botha 19. Rynhardt Elstadt/ Nizaam Carr / Don Armand 20. Duvenage/Louis Schreuder 21. Grant/Jantjies 22. van den Heerver/ de Allende/ Joe Pietersen Not sure where Marcel Brache is.

Ja I was wondering the same thing about Brache, maybe something we dont know....... Rhodes, yes, great addition but also a loose cannon at times I feel a bit more comfortable now when AC decides to rotate the forwards a bit with the depth we have at Prop and lock.

Marcel brache was not considerd for the camp because of injury but I'm sure he'llbe part of the squad when he returns to full fitness

Who were the refs selected? Will it be the same squad of refs on the payroll of the Viskoppe like last year? I hope they revised their pay packages otherwise the Papsakke might run out of luck this year.

I guess it will be a re-run of their past 2 seasons, dominant in the group stages, win the conference and them wilt away at knockout stage. Boring, safe, unimaginative but winning rugby will be the order of the day!!

Nick Koster got injured in the Bath.

  • chris.holtshausen - 2013-01-12 13:20

Do anyone know anything about JP du Plessis's injury? I believe he is going to play an important role in the campaign.

  • chris.holtshausen - 2013-01-12 14:03

As ek vrye teuels sou he en slegs drie spelers tot hierdie groep kon byvoeg, sou dit Bismarck, Francois Louw en Coenie Oosthuizen wees.
