Boks get Poite, Garces for end-of-year Tests

Cape Town - The match officials for the Springboks' four year-end Tests in Europe have been confirmed by World Rugby.

Frenchmen Jerome Garces and Romain Poite will referee two of South Africa’s Tests.

Poite will be in charge of the match against Italy in Padova on November 25, while Garces - who took charge of the recent Test against New Zealand at Newlands - will referee the Test against Wales in Cardiff on December 2.

New Zealand’s Ben O'Keeffe will be the referee for the Boks’ tour opener against Ireland in Dublin on November 11, while Welshman Nigel Owens will take the whistle for the clash against France in Paris on November 18.
