Cape Town - The Springboks, under the guidance of new coach Allister Coetzee, are hard at work preparing for the visiting Irish.

PICTURES: All Blacks hit the gym - HARD!

In just 10 days time, Adriaan Strauss will lead the Boks onto Newlands for the first Test against Ireland, with matches in Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth to follow.

In preparation, the Boks have been hard at work in the gym - and the pictures below prove it!
