How Bakkies prepared for his Bok return

Toulon - Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer has included Toulon-based lock Bakkies Botha in his squad for the End of Year tour to the UK and France.

But while Meyer was agonising over his selections for the tour, Botha was taking in France's countryside.

Botha currently plies his trade with French Top 14 club, Toulon, and hasn't played for the Boks since the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

Botha is an avid hunter and recently uploaded a picture of himself alongside a dead wild boar, to Twitter.

"Groete uit Frankryk se woude. Lekker slaap almal. Blessings. "

From France with love, Bakkies. (Bakkies Botha via Twitter)
