Cape Town - He was considered key to South Africa being recommended as the host nation for the 2023 Rugby World Cup last month, and now deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa is back in London for Wednesday's official announcement on who will host the showpiece in six years time.

South Africa are the overwhelming favourites to be named as hosts for the first time since 1995, but their fate lies in the hands of the World Rugby Council, who will cast 39 votes on Wednesday with a simple majority handing the tournament to South Africa, France or Ireland.
Sport minister Thulas Nxesi will also be at the announcement, as will SA Rugby president Mark Alexander and SA Rugby CEO Jurie Roux.
Both Alexander and Roux spoke in Cape Town recently about how influential Ramaphosa had been in the bidding process.
There are very few who believe that the Council will ignore the recommendation and vote for France or Ireland, but until the official confirmation that is still a possibility.
Ireland, not happy with the World Rugby report, have since urged the Council to not vote in line with the recommendation.
Coverage of the announcement will start at 14:30 (SA time) on SuperSport, but the announcement itself is expected closer to 15:00 (SA time).
