Cape Town - Wales have suffered a blow ahead of their Six Nations game against England at Twickenham on Saturday after Leigh Halfpenny was ruled out.
Halfpenny is sidelined with a foot infection and is replaced in the starting XV by Gareth Anscombe, with Owen Watkin coming onto the bench.
Rhys Patchell is expected to take over the goal-kicking from his Scarlets team-mate, who scored 24 points last weekend against Scotland.
