Wales' Faletau to miss Six Nations after breaking arm

Bath - Wales No 8 Taulupe Faletau is in doubt for the Six Nations after his club Bath confirmed on Tuesday he had broken his arm for the second time in a matter of months.

The 28-year-old Tonga-born star suffered the injury in Saturday's 18-16 European Champions Cup pool clash victory over Wasps on what was his return from a 13-week absence which saw him miss the November Tests.

"Bath Rugby can confirm that Taulupe Faletau suffered a fracture to his forearm in Saturday's Champions Cup fixture against Wasps," read the club statement on their website.

"Faletau was making his return following another fracture which occurred in October.

"It's not yet known at this time how long Taulupe will be out of action."

Wales are due to name their Six Nations squad later on Tuesday for the opener against France in Paris on February 1 with the tournament reaching its climax on March 16.
