Paris - France coach Jacques Brunel replaced hooker Camille Chat with Adrien Pelissie on Wednesday in his Six Nations squad ahead of next week's opener against Ireland.

Racing 92 front row forward Chat is suffering from flu while Bordeaux-Begles hooker Pelissie receives his first France call-up.

Brunel will take charge of the French for the first time since replacing the sacked Guy Noves last month when Six Nations favourites Ireland visit the Stade de France on February 3.
