Cape Town - The Blitzboks are hard at work as they prepare for the next two legs of the 2017/18 World Rugby Sevens Series.
Having won in Dubai and finished third in Cape Town last year, South Africa go into the Australian leg of the season in Sydney on January 26 two points behind New Zealand at the top of the World Series standings.
And, if the SA Rugby Instagram page is anything to go by, the Blitzboks are as motivated as ever ahead of the next phase of the season.
The Blitzboks posted a short video of Kwagga Smith hitting tackle bags at a training session, and the intensity was clearly there.
The post referred to Smith being in "Beast Mode".
At the end of the session, the Blitzboks 'high-five' each other in a moment that speaks to the 'brotherhood' so often associated with this team.
South Africa won the 2016/17 World Series, which was their first title since 2009.
After Sydney, the Series goes to Hamilton for the fourth leg over February 3 and 4.
