No Blitzbokke in Dream Team

Cape Town - Unsurprisingly there were no South African Sevens players named in the Glasgow Sevens Dream Team.

The Blitzbokke endured a miserable time in Glasgow, eliminated in the quarter-finals by eventual champions Fiji.

Although Neil Powell's men did go on to beat hosts Scotland in the Plate final, they slipped five points behind new series leaders Fiji.

Fiji had three players named in the Dream Team - Semi Kunatani, Pio Tuwai and Osea Kolinisau. Beaten finalists New Zealand had Sam Dickson and Rieko Ioane included, while the team was rounded out by England's Tom Mitchell and the USA's Maka Unufe.
