Tweet and Pic of the day

Cape Town - The weather in Wellington seemed to be the topic of the day for tweeters in the Springbok camp, as team captain John Smit (@JohnSmit123), wing Bryan Habana (@BryanHabana), eighthman Pierre Spies (@Pierrespis8) and scrumhalf Francois Hougard (@Francoishougi) all chose to let their followers know about it.

Spies started off the weather talk when he tweeted “(Sic)Weather is changing just a little bit...yes- that's ice on the road” accompanied by this picture.

Habana was next to mention the constantly changing conditons when he said “(Sic)Some weird weather here in Wellington today tweeps... Rain, sunshine, rain & then some hail!!”. Habana also added similar pictures of the ice-covered Wellington roads taken from the hotel.

Smit then followed up with a tweet similar to his team mates.“Wow interesting day here in Wellington, rain, wind, hail and then some sun!!! Not your average day in SA!!!,” he said.

Francois Hougard also mentioned the wintery conditions in the city when he tweeted this picture.

But the Bulls utility back was more concerned with training earlier in the day when he said “Hope every1 has a good nights rest! Off to training for the first session of the week...ready to take on the week #bringiton :)”.
