Cape Town - The Springboks are in the middle of preparations for a massive clash against the Wallabies in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, but they still found time to enjoy their Heritage Day on Monday.

The spirit in the Bok camp is understandably high at the moment after their stunning 36-34 win against the All Blacks in Wellington two weekends ago, and that much was evident during a team braai at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Armed with a pair of tongs, skipper Siya Kolisi and South Africa's very own 'braaimaster', Jan Braai, set about doing the thankless task of feeding the entire Bok squad as well as the local school children that had come out the event.
On Tuesday, though, it was back to business as the Boks continued their work for Saturday's clash.
Kick-off is at 17:05.
