Owens to ref All Blacks v Boks in Albany

Cape Town - Welshman Nigel Owens will referee Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test between the All Blacks and Springboks in Albany.

Kick-off is scheduled for 09:35 SA time.

Owens will be assisted by Australia’s Angus Gardner and England’s Matthew Carley, with Australia’s George Ayoub the television match official (TMO).

Meanwhile, Ireland’s John Lacey will referee the Test between Australia and Argentina in Canberra later in the day (12:00 SA time).

Lacey will be assisted by a trio of Kiwis - assistants Glen Jackson and Paul Williams and TMO Ben Skeen.
